Digital Storytelling: 'Meet the Prospects' Campaign

The Meet the Prospects campaign was a rewarding internship project coordinated with MLB that showcased my ability to lead complex projects, create compelling digital content, and manage client communication effectively. I was responsible for overseeing all digital and short-form video content, maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic initiatives. Additionally, I utilized Photoshop to design branding elements and logos that enhanced the campaign’s visual identity. This project aimed to introduce and generate excitement around MLB's new prospects while increasing fan engagement across digital platforms, reinforcing my strategic thinking, creativity, and adaptability in a dynamic media landscape.

B2B Market Expansion Research & Strategy

For this project, I analyzed a provided dataset to extract key insights and actionable recommendations for a B2B client looking to optimize their content strategy. The goal was to distill complex survey data into clear, compelling takeaways that non-technical stakeholders could easily understand.

My approach included:

  • Identifying 3-5 key findings that highlighted industry trends, content performance metrics, and gaps in audience engagement.

  • Crafting creative recommendations to help internal teams develop more targeted, data-driven content strategies.

  • Recognizing limitations in the dataset and outlining additional research needed to strengthen client messaging and positioning.

  • Developing follow-up interview questions designed to uncover deeper insights into B2B buyer behavior.

  • Providing forward-looking predictions on how AI will shape B2B marketing strategies over the next 2-3 years.

Strategic Market Expansion: Research & Brand Positioning Plan

For this project, I developed a comprehensive research plan to help a (PRM) software company expand into new industries. The goal was to refine their brand positioning and create industry-specific messaging tailored to the unique needs and pain points of each vertical.

To achieve this, I integrated quantitative and qualitative research methods, conducting market surveys, competitive analysis, and industry research. I outlined a data collection strategy to assess brand resonance, identify new customer segments, and evaluate industry trends. Additionally, I created actionable recommendations for content strategies and messaging frameworks that aligned with the client’s business objectives. Beyond the research and analysis, I proposed creative strategic recommendations to differentiate the brand from competitors, ensuring their positioning was compelling and relevant in new markets.
